Ash Frames

Examples of ash frames we have designed and manufactured include:

The exterior of the car was laser scanned. As much of the interior ash frame that was accessible was scanned as possible. CAD models were generated for each piece of the Ash frame. Joints were redesigned for ease of assembly. All components of the frame were cnc routed from planks of solid Ash. The frame was assembled onto the rolling chassis before being skinned in aluminium.
